Jesus - Alone

I wondered yesterday, if  God made us for community and unity and fellowship and relationship, is being introverted and manifesting it in actions (withdrawing from conversations/avoiding outings sometimes/being sporadic on whatsapp) a sin of sorts? I asked Bibbiana about it yesterday at fellowship, and she reminded me that Jesus also had to withdraw, take some time away from the crowds, and spend personal time with God. It was so comforting to know that it is understandable to withdraw and find one's self in God again, that personal time is not just selfish but seeking, and that Jesus himself identified with social exhaustion and didn't use his 100% God-ness to push through it stoically - he turned it instead into a way to glorify God by purposefully enjoying communion with Him, a communion that is ultimately replenishing not diminishing.

Luke 5:15-16
But the news about Him was spreading even farther, and large crowds were gathering to hear Him and to be healed of their sicknesses. But Jesus Himself would often slip away to the wilderness and pray.

Matthew 14:23
After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone,

Mark 1:35
Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
