I just baked the PERFECT chocolate chip cookies (true to the recipe they are now may "all time favorites") and now i'm baking brownies. now the brownie recipe calls for 600 GRAMS OF SUGAR!!!!
and 5 eggs.
i can't believe it.
600grams was like my whole sugar box.
thank goodness i bought some more before hand
but now we only have demerara (i think thats what its called) sugar, which my dad buys for his coffee.
