stories of humanity

the 2 above pictures are from the "many museums--including the Met, MoMA and Whitney--(that) will allow blind or partially sighted people to come on private tours so they can touch and experience the artwork"
which i thought was such a beautiful gesture
usually when you go to museums there are all these intimidating 'do not touch' signs (which sometimes i casually ignore, the temptation to soil my hands with a piece of history is just too great)
but WHY
touching is such a human thing
and i think being able to touch something someone else touchd years and years ago is such a symbolic gesture of connection and continuation
not only for the blind, but for everyone (though i agree that the need is more pressing for the blind)

ALSO
go see these amazing stories
they are easy things that requires bravery and love
