Molten lava cakes

inauguration of hannah's 18th birthday dinner,
miriam is trying to make molten centred chocolate lava cakes
BUT
i don;t have ramekins
or good grade chocolate
so.
i've made major adjustments which might screw up everything so i'm scared.
very scared
